Travel into the spectacular wilderness of Daisetsuzan National Park to visit Mount Asahidake, Hokkaido’s highest peak. Ascend by cable car to Sugatami Station at 1,600 metres, where a leisurely walk reveals dramatic volcanic landscapes, alpine scenery and seasonal wildflowers. Later, visit the Otokoyama Sake Brewery Museum to learn about traditional sake production and enjoy a tasting before returning to Furano, where you can relax at the hotel or unwind in the onsen before dinner.
